The Calabasas Film Festival, a non-profit headquartered in the heart of where film lives, welcomes avid film goers, studio executives and key players in the entertainment industry to the ultimate festival experience. CFF is also dedicated to honoring the future of the industry by empowering young filmmakers with a platform for outreach through student screenings and events.

The Calabasas Film Festival showcases major film premieres, student films, documentaries and top quality film selections from all genres that are guaranteed to entertain. CFF provides the community an opportunity to connect over mutual passions for film and television while enjoying local culinary arts and entertainment. CFF will always be where the heart of film lives.

We are local award-winning film producers who have produced major studio films, documentaries, animation projects, and are currently involved in one-hour network drama. We have participated as filmmakers in Sundance, Newport Film Fest, and Santa Barbara Film Fest among others. We have executed various celebrity events, including those involved with the Oscars, Food and Wine Fest and movie premieres.

It felt wonderful being on the red carpet and seeing the film festival for the first time come to fruition. I think our city is a perfect fit for this type of festival and [there will be an] even bigger, better festival going forward. – David Shapiro, Mayor of Calabasas
